Indian Suppliers’ End-to-End Export & Trade Journey with TradeInfra
Step 1 – Supplier Registration
Explore our services, complete the online Supplier Registration Form with your company and business details, and submit your application.
Step 2 – Account Verification & Secure Dashboard Access
Our Admin Team reviews your submitted information. Once approved, your account is activated, and you receive secure login credentials to access your dedicated Supplier Dashboard.
Step 3 – Receive Qualified International Buyer Requirements (RFQs)
TradeInfra shares qualified international buyer requirements (RFQs) relevant to your products and industry sector through your Supplier Dashboard or by email. Each RFQ includes product specifications, quantity, technical requirements, quality expectations, delivery requirements, and other relevant information.
Step 4 – Submit Your Quotation
Review the buyer’s requirements and submit your commercial quotation through your Supplier Dashboard or by email within the specified timeline. Your quotation should include all relevant commercial and technical details relating to the particular consignment.
Step 5 – Quotation Evaluation & Shortlisting
TradeInfra evaluates all quotations based on pricing, manufacturing capability, product suitability, quality standards, commercial competitiveness, export readiness, and supplier credibility. The top three quotations are shortlisted and shared with the international buyer for final selection.
Step 6 – Buyer Selection & Additional Verification
Once selected by the buyer, TradeInfra may conduct additional verification of both the international buyer and the selected supplier, including business profile, capabilities, import/export experience, and quality practices, wherever required, to ensure transparency and minimize transaction-related risks before introducing both parties.
Step 7 – Buyer–Supplier Introduction & Commercial Negotiation
Once verification is completed, a dedicated TradeInfra Executive arranges an online Zoom call or an online chat platform meeting between you and the selected international buyer. TradeInfra facilitates the commercial discussions to finalize product specifications, quantity, pricing, packaging requirements, delivery schedules, quality expectations, and all other mutually agreed commercial terms relating to the particular consignment.
Step 8 – Payment Security & Payment Terms Finalization
TradeInfra places significant importance on payment security for all parties, particularly for Indian suppliers. Payment terms are finalized based on the buyer’s and supplier’s creditworthiness, business arrangements, and the transaction value of the particular consignment. The available international payment options include:
A) Advance Payment
B) Letter of Credit (L/C)
C) Partial Advance + Documents Against Payment
D) Documents Against Payment (D/P)
E) Open Account
Wherever applicable, TradeInfra may provide payment security support through its designated insurance backup and transaction risk management framework for the particular consignment. This additional protection mechanism is designed to minimize commercial risks and provide greater confidence and security to Indian suppliers throughout the transaction process.
Step 9 – Quality Safety, Inspection & Dispute Protection
To minimize quality-related risks and ensure that products meet the agreed specifications before shipment, TradeInfra offers a three-tier Quality Safety and Inspection Assurance Program.
The inspection tier selected by the international buyer becomes the mutually agreed quality assurance standard for the particular consignment. Before dispatch, the buyer’s final written approval will be obtained based on the agreed quality requirements, helping to minimize quality-related disputes and ensure transparency for all parties.
Step 10 – Digital Tripartite Commercial Trade Agreement
Once all commercial discussions are finalized, TradeInfra prepares a Digital Tripartite Commercial Trade Agreement for the particular consignment. The agreement is digitally signed by the international buyer, the Indian supplier (you), and the authorized TradeInfra CEO.
The agreement records all mutually agreed terms and conditions, including product specifications, quantity, pricing, payment terms, quality assurance standards, delivery schedules, communication processes, responsibilities of all parties, and other commercial commitments relating to the particular consignment. It serves as a transparent and legally binding framework for smooth transaction execution.
Step 11 – Service Fee & Execution Fee Payment
The applicable Service Fee and Execution Fee become payable only after the Commercial Trade Agreement has been digitally signed by all three parties and the order has been formally confirmed.
The Service Fee covers TradeInfra’s professional services, including supplier support, transaction management, export services, buyer coordination, and end-to-end trade management.
The Execution Fee covers consignment-specific operational expenses, such as insurance, transportation, documentation, logistics coordination, inspections, certifications, and other applicable charges. Execution costs are allocated separately between the buyer and the supplier based on their respective responsibilities as defined in the agreement.
Step 12 – Export Service Execution
TradeInfra provides end-to-end export services for the selected consignment to simplify export operations and minimize documentation and compliance-related challenges.
The ownership of the goods always remains with the Indian supplier until full payment is received as agreed under the Commercial Trade Agreement. TradeInfra does not take ownership of the supplier’s goods and acts solely as the export service provider for the particular consignment.
Wherever applicable and mutually agreed, TradeInfra acts as the legal exporter from India and manages export documentation, regulatory compliance, logistics coordination, shipment planning, and transaction-related support from the supplier’s factory location to the buyer’s mutually agreed destination.
This approach significantly reduces export-related operational burdens while improving transparency, compliance management, and transaction efficiency for both suppliers and buyers.
Step 13 – After-Sales Support
TradeInfra’s support extends beyond shipment and delivery. If any assistance is required after the successful completion of the order, our dedicated Executive will coordinate with the supplier, buyer, and relevant stakeholders to provide timely post-shipment support relating to the particular consignment.
Step 14 – Dispute Prevention & Resolution Support
TradeInfra follows a structured and transparent trade framework designed to minimize the possibility of disputes throughout the transaction lifecycle.
IIn the rare event that a dispute arises relating to a particular consignment, TradeInfra will provide dispute prevention and resolution support in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Commercial Trade Agreement. Where required, additional mutually agreed resolution mechanisms may also be facilitated.
Note:
The same process will apply to all future consignments from Step 3 through Step 14. TradeInfra also provides service fee discounts for repeat orders and existing suppliers, wherever applicable.
